MIL MOVE wasn't started by a real estate company that decided to target military families. It was started by two West Pointer graduates and Army officers who lived the PCS process firsthand and set out to fix it.
Matt Eden-Reed and Garrett Beck met in a systems engineering class at the United States Military Academy in 2017. After graduation, Matt commissioned as a Field Artillery Officer and started flipping houses in Nashville while serving. He eventually founded the Centuryman Group, a real estate team built specifically to bring Veterans into the profession and serve military families throughout Middle Tennessee.
Garrett, stationed at Fort Campbell as a Medical Service Officer, took his own path into real estate. After several frustrating experiences with civilian agents and lenders who didn't understand the military life, VA loans, or PCS timelines, he got licensed himself and became the first agent of the Centuryman Group.
That's when Garrett saw that PCSing service members didn't just need a realtor. They needed someone to guide them through hundreds of pages of forms, dozens of military websites, tight timelines, and the full weight of relocating a family. They needed someone who had actually done it and a system that consolidated the process. He pitched the idea to Matt, and MIL MOVE was born.

Matt Eden-Reed is a West Point Graduate (2018) and former Army Captain. He started in real estate by flipping houses in the Nashville market before transitioning his focus to helping military and veteran families navigate the complexities of real estate and PCSing. He built this team and brand around providing true value to clients and personalizing their experience, ensuring that everyone with MIL MOVE has the same work ethic and commitment.
Garrett Beck

Garrett is an Army Veteran and West Point graduate ('18). He began his Real Estate journey investing in long-term, live-in flip rentals, and after several bad experiences with agents and lenders he became a licensed Realtor® in Tennessee. He became licensed to manage his own transactions, but found his passion in helping Soldiers buy, sell, and invest with confidence. He co-founded MIL MOVE to expand that passion.

Jordan, a West Point graduate (’16) and former Captain in the 75th Ranger Regiment, brings a wealth of knowledge to the realm of Real Estate financing. Since 2019, he has demonstrated a focus on Real Estate and helping others achieve home ownership. As one of the Co-Founders of Evolution Mortgage LLC, Jordan has played a pivotal role in establishing a company tailored with Military Families in mind. His passion lies in assisting families in harnessing the full potential of their VA Home Loan Benefit.
