1. Free Content

MIL MOVE provides free content to help all Servicemembers (not just clients) accomplish a stress-free PCS. 

  1. Find your ideal duty station based on your lifestyle and learn about the in-processing requirements and key locations on that installation.
  2. Download dozens of free checklists and guides to keep you profitable during the sale and purchase of your homes.
  3. Download travel regulations and all the DD Forms you’ll need to accomplish your PPM or Household Goods Move.
  4. Receive your free PCS Survival Guide, personalized for your family, real estate, PCS timeline, and incoming/outgoing duty stations.

2. Agent Matching

We match each of our clients with MIL MOVE trusted Veteran or Mil-Spouse Real Estate Agents and Lenders. A massive 56% of buyers and sellers choose to work with a previous agent or one recommended by a family member or friend. This may be the comfortable thing to do, but most real estate professionals don’t understand the demands of military life and work more with conventional loans and civilians than VA Loans and Servicemembers. At MIL MOVE we want to reverse this trend by matching Servicemembers with local Veteran Agents who have extensive knowledge of the VA Loan and VA Appraisal process. We have partner agents at every duty station in the US. They have been in your boots and are motivated by your success.

3. We Give Back

Our service doesn’t end with your real estate transaction.  For every transaction, MIL MOVE gives back 10% of our profits to the military and veteran community. Your personalized experience doesn’t end at the closing table either… you choose from one of our vetted causes or we will give our donation to your charity of choice.

Matt Eden-Reed

Co-Founder and CEO

Matt Eden-Reed is a West Point Graduate (2018) and former Army Captain. He started in real estate by flipping houses in the Nashville market before transitioning his focus to helping military and veteran families navigate the complexities of real estate and PCSing. He built this team and brand around providing true value to clients and personalizing their experience, ensuring that everyone with MIL MOVE has the same work ethic and commitment.

Garrett Beck

Co-Founder & COO

Garrett is an Army Veteran and West Point graduate ('18). He began his Real Estate journey investing in long-term, live-in flip rentals, and after several bad experiences with agents and lenders he became a licensed Realtor® in Tennessee. He became licensed to manage his own transactions, but found his passion in helping Soldiers buy, sell, and invest with confidence. He co-founded MIL MOVE to expand that passion.

Jordan Komm

Primary Lending Partner

Jordan, a West Point graduate (’16) and former Captain in the 75th Ranger Regiment, brings a wealth of knowledge to the realm of Real Estate financing. Since 2019, he has demonstrated a focus on Real Estate and helping others achieve home ownership. As one of the Co-Founders of Evolution Mortgage LLC, Jordan has played a pivotal role in establishing a company tailored with Military Families in mind. His passion lies in assisting families in harnessing the full potential of their VA Home Loan Benefit.

At the Gary Sinise Foundation, we serve our nation by honoring our defenders, veterans, first responders, their families, and those in need. We do this by creating and supporting unique programs designed to entertain, educate, inspire, strengthen, and build communities.

Fisher House Foundation

Fisher House Foundation builds comfort homes where military & veteran families can stay free of charge, while a loved one is in the hospital. These homes are located at military and VA medical centers around the world.

Our mission is to build strong, stable, and secure military families so they can thrive, not simply struggle to get by, in the communities they have worked so hard to protect. Seek, create awareness, and assist our nation’s heroes indefinitely so not one combat wounded injured, and ill Veteran in need of assistance and healing is left behind that is eligible within the sustainable scope of services offered by OSC.
